PMR — Day & Night Checklist
Quick reference for concierge staff and agency cover. Checklist duties are managed separately.
Building reference & parcel restrictions
Day shift — Important reminders
- Log parcels and sign out collections using Yardi.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and record maintenance issues in the Yardi Maintenance Dashboard; direct issues to an engineer.
- Monitor west-side parking and lobby cleanliness; contact cleaning via radio where needed.
- For contractor fobs, use the approved sign-out process and confirm the correct access level — never master access.
- Contact the senior concierge for Keytrack assistance and resident check-ins.
- Inform the supervisor of your intended one-hour break.
Night shift — Important reminders
- Enforce fob access; verify residents without a fob against Yardi before issuing temporary access.
- Monitor CCTV regularly and check that the system is operating correctly.
- 9:00 PM: Close/check East Courtyard, West Residential, West LGF Stairwell and East LGF Stairwell entrances.
- 11:00 PM: Only residents are allowed in communal areas after this time; before 11 PM, limit to two guests.
- Patrol after midnight, including refuse areas; carry the concierge mobile phone.
- Keep food delivery vehicles away from the main entrance; direct drivers to the left side near the stairs.
- Monitor courtyard and car park for unauthorised vehicles and bicycles; bicycles must not remain in the courtyard for more than 24 hours.
- 7:00 AM: Reopen the side doors closed at 9 PM.

PMR — Shift Report
Select the shift date and type, enter the agency staff member’s full name, complete the checklist, then save the shift report. Saving archives a copy in All Handovers and clears the checklist for the next shift.
For recurring duties, completion means the staff member confirms the duty was attended to during their shift, not that continuous monitoring can stop.
Saved PMR shift reports
Completed agency reports are retained here for reference. They are also summarised in All Handovers.
Today's Handover
Your shift's daily briefing — today's entries first, with unresolved earlier actions separately.
Today's handover entries
Only entries dated for the selected day and shift. Newest entries appear first.
Carried-forward outstanding actions
Unresolved PENDING items from previous dates, from both shifts. Older FYI and DONE entries are hidden.
The full handover register remains available under All Handovers.
Incoming shift overview

ⓘ Information to pass on
Review confirmation is stored only in this browser for the selected date and shift. It does not notify other staff, confirm that tasks are complete, or synchronise with Teams.
Add handover entry
One record per issue. Updating a status does not duplicate the original handover.
Future Planner PILOT
Track operational follow-ups outside the standard PMR checklist. Uses fictional records and saves only in this browser.
Excel-compatible import & export
Export a handover CSV that Excel can open, or import a CSV using the same column structure.
This prototype supports CSV import/export for Excel, not direct .xlsx import. The original Excel handover remains unchanged.
Demo and deployment boundaries
Use only fictional or explicitly authorised records in this local demo. Do not import the original sensitive handover PDF or passwords. A live team version would require management approval, authenticated user accounts, server-side storage, access controls and audit logging.
Full demo backup
Save or restore fictional demonstration records between versions.
